Today’s iconic DC real wedding, had me head over heels in love with their timeless ceremony décor and the bride’s stunning gown. The Women in the Arts Museum is hands down one of our favorite Washington DC wedding venues, and the planning team at Kelley Cannon Events worked with the couple to create a simple yet elegant ambiance that paired perfectly with the marble and grand décor of the museum. How absolutely amazing was the fluffy babies breath arch that anchored their ceremony altar?! After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the museum’s third floor gallery and were greeted to the space with a welcome table of mini champagne cocktails and escort cards. Guests later dinned on the mezzanine for dinner where the tables were draped in ivory satin and accented with the prettiest golden touches. The couple noted having a great band as on the top of their list of priorities and Sound Nation Band didn’t disappoint.
