We are kicking off another week in DC-area weddings with this “vintage simplicity” themed wedding in Virginia that will definitely get your Monday morning off to the prettiest of starts. Layered with colorful details and vintage styling, you will pinning every image from Carrie and Corey’s fall fete captured by misa*me photography. Stay tuned for their DIY wedding project inspired by the DC metro for their reception that we’ll be sharing this afternoon!
From Carrie: I wanted my wedding to be simple with a vintage touch and not-too serious. Overall, I believe the wedding theme was perfect with hints of DC mixed with simple classic beauty. In my mind, DC is so beautiful in its vintage simplicity that I wanted my wedding to mirror that same sort of historical, but awe-striking beauty that people get when they come to the nation’s capital.
