And come back later today to get these printable favor stickers!)
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ½ cup golden raisins
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice seasoning
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl mix together dry ingredients. If using coconut oil, melt it in the microwave.
In a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients over dry ingredients and toss to coat evenly.
Cover a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the granola mixture onto the baking sheet to make a thin layer.
Bake for 30-40 minutes. Toss with a spoon every 10 minutes to avoid burning. Remove from oven and cool completely. Store in airtight container until ready to package in favor bags.
Yum! My taste testers gave this their stamp of approval. Thank you to our editor Juli for sharing this yummy recipe!
