It’s no secret that some of my favorite type of fetes are classic Washington DC weddings. The formality, the sophistication, the tradition—I’m head over heels! And, thanks to Procopio Photography, Tara and Jason’s romantic affair can be added to my list. Another thing that I’m a total sucker for? Stationery. Their Washington DC-inspired wedding invitations from Digby & Rose are city chic perfection. Come back later this afternoon to check out their grand wedding reception, too!
From Tara: My main priority for the wedding was my dress! I wanted something that was simple yet chic. My ceremony dress was designed by Jenny Packham. Later in the ceremony I changed into a a Sue Wong feather-trimmed sequin dress purchased from Saks Fifth Avenue online.
