Chris and Brian tied the knot with timeless Eastern Shore style – on the water in St. Michaels, Maryland. The nautical flair and old timey charm of The Inn at Perry Cabin made for a spectacular setting for this couple who wanted a Maryland wedding venue that felt like a destination wedding! (We, of course, love this venue even more since our editor, Juli, was married here!) Carly Fuller Photography was there to capture their casually elegant waterfront wedding! Swoon away, wedding lovers!
From Chris: We were looking for casual elegance at a waterfront venue. We also wanted a destination wedding to take people out of their daily commitments for a weekend, yet wanted to be close enough to home that travel would not stand in the way of anyone attending. Main priority was an outside ceremony on the water, and an elegant indoor setting for the reception. We initially approached this as a big party (after 17 years, without a wedding being an option – wedding planning took some getting used to!) with no florist or photographer. As we evolved in our thinking, we were fortunate to find a very talented florist (Seaberry Farm) and an exceptional photographer (Carly Fuller).
