Today’s wedding is technically two DC weddings in one! Ashley and Nick celebrated their family cultures with both an Indian wedding ceremony and a Christian wedding ceremony. Captured by An Endless Pursuit Photography, it was a day filled with love, culture and lots of outfit changes! Ashley and Nick started off the day in their traditional outfits for their “first look”, prior to getting ready for their Indian ceremony. They later changed back into the white dress and suit to partake in their Christian ceremony. We can’t get enough of the beautiful details of the two traditions, the gorgeous jewelry, henna designs, and all of the color. We will start out with their Christian ceremony and then you can come back later this morning to see their Indian ceremony.
From Ashley: We had two weddings– one Hindu and one Christian. The day was about combining two religions, cultures, and families. I checked Indian wedding blogs every day, and got a fair amount of inspiration (especially floral) from Pinterest. Our style was streamlined, simple, and hopefully elegant!
Thank you so much Ashley and Nick for letting us share your wedding ceremony with us! Come back later this morning to see their Hindu ceremony. The following Washington DC area
