Anna and Lucas let their venue, the Rosemont Historic Manor, dictate their Virginia wedding day style. Elegant, with a hint of regal hues was the result! Above anything else, I have to point out Anna’s stunning dress, captured by Rebecca Watkins Photography and complemented by her bridesmaids’ in purple and her husband-to-be in casual, but timeless, khaki. From Anna: We’d say our wedding had a theme of timeless elegance. Although we can’t take any credit for it! We’re so lucky we landed the lovely Rosemont Manor for our venue; the historic buildings and grounds are so breathtaking. The only color we had in mind was purple, which the girls donned in various shades. Being a sort of deep and regal color, it blended well with the backdrop of the venue.

Our favorite detail of the wedding day was the “first look” photo shoot, done in the afternoon before the ceremony. Although we had been around each other all weekend, we hardly had time to ourselves! This moment was so special because it was just the two of us, seeing each other in our wedding duds for the first time.
