Now, if you think the pouring rain would stop Ryan from executing his perfectly planned Washington DC wedding proposal to Nyia, you would be wrong. And, you’d also be wrong if you think the surprise ended with the ring on her finger! Ryan convinced Nyia that the “work picnic” they were headed to at Rock Creek Park was still on despite the weather and when they arrived, Nyia was completely shocked to see Ryan drop to one knee instead, with Jenna Walcott there to capture it all! But the real surprise awaited her at Eatonville, the 14th street DC restaurant where these two first fell in love. There friends and family from across the country waited to celebrate the news with an engagement party!
