Newseum

If an outdoor ceremony with a panoramic view DC’s finest architecture is right up your alley, than the Newseum may be the venue for you. The entire front of the building is made of glass, so even when you’re indoors you won’t be sacrificing that beautiful view and sleek feel. Guest counts both large and small have the option to explore the museum’s renowned exhibits, if they can pull themselves away from the customized Wolfgang Puck meal of course! Don’t miss our full Newseum virtual venue tour for more on this modern space.

Ronald Reagan Building

You can’t find a location more “DC” than one on Pennsylvania Avenue. The Ronald Reagan Building is within walking distance of the Capitol, White House and monuments (great for photo taking!) and has a seriously jaw-dropping presence and award-winning cuisine. I don’t have to say much more, one look at this Regan Building wedding and you’ll be sold.

Arena Stage
Don’t be fooled by Arena Stage’s large presence in the entertainment and performance arena, it’s available for weddings too! For seated dinners for 100 to 350, grandeur is the theme here. Soaring wood columns and a 56′ foot glass wall with views of the waterfront, how does that sound for your glamorous and sophisticated wedding day!?

Katzen Arts Center
Katzen Arts Center
may not be as well known as the other venues here, but it has the same contemporary, gallery feel to boot. The rotunda is perfect for ceremonies in the round and you can opt for an indoor reception among the exhibits or an outdoor experience in the sculpture garden. Katzen Arts Center sits on the American University campus in Northwestern DC and is a great option if you’re looking for a great off-the-beaten path venue that your guests haven’t been to before!

LongView Gallery
If you’re looking for a blank slate to build your dream wedding day on, take a look at LongView Gallery. It’s a true urban setting with capacity for up to 400 guests and a large patio perfect for outdoor “I do’s.” For more on this sleek, raw DC venue option check out our virtual venue tour of LongView.
