Ever since I first heard about Antrim 1844, I’ve been longing to feature a wedding at this beautiful and historic hotel in Maryland. And today I finally get the chance to do just that! Gabe Aceves sent over Molly and Evan’s romantic late fall wedding at Antrim 1844, photographed in captivating detail primarily using film, and I instantly fell in love with the stunning and ethereal images.
Molly and Evan took advantage of the gorgeous grounds of Antrim 1844 by doing a few pre-ceremony portraits with Gabe around the historic estate.
Molly and Evan’s intimate wedding ceremony took place indoors – it might have been chilly outside, but the gorgeous late afternoon sunlight made for an utterly romantic celebration.
Molly and Evan also incorporated a few DIY elements into their wedding! Guests were directed to their seats with illuminated tea light candles and gifted with sachets of handmade mulling spices as wedding favors – perfect for the late fall/early winter season.
From Molly: We named the reception tables for places where we had memorable experiences together: Portland, Washington state, and Rhode Island, Dubai (where I lived most of the time we were dating), Italy (where we got engaged), and India, Egypt, London (great vacations)

Did you hire out a developer to create your theme?
Outstanding work!
I’ve been researching how to make mulling spice bags for my upcoming wedding and haven’t had much luck … until I landed on this webpage. I would love to know how the couple made the mulling spice bags (i.e., what spices were used and how much). Thanks!
