I’m super excited about today’s deliciously adorable engagement session!  Photographer Anne Robert spent a day with bride Kelsey and her fiancé John for a fun vintage-inspired afternoon.  Kelsey and John are planning a 1920s-inspired garden party wedding and wanted to have a similar vibe for their engagement shoot in DC’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.

Kelsey and John chose to start the day at Ted’s Bulletin, a diner on Barracks Row with 1930s décor, and from there wandered up to Eastern Market and eventually their own historic townhouse (built in 1901).  Cute, cute, cute!

In addition to being a stunning bride and a fellow Capitol Hill resident, Kelsey also writes a fun blog all about wedding food and menu ideas – awesome subject, right?  It’s called Eat My Wedding and you can check it out right here!
