As promised, we’re back with more from Ellen and Steve’s outdoor wedding in Maryland photographed by Lisa Boggs Photography – and we’re in love with all of the details that Ellen incorporated into the reception!
In addition to Ellen’s passion for design, Ellen and Steve incorporated their shared love of music throughout the reception – including the reception tables named for music equipment manufacturers.
Steve helped get the party going by playing with the band for part of the reception!
Ellen and Steve provided boxes of s’mores as wedding favors – yum! Inside each box were a few creative s’more recipes along with candy and marshmallows. These boxes came in handy a bit later in the evening…
After the reception, guests were invited to join the bride and groom at a bonfire that on the Rockwood Manor grounds. Guests broke out cigars to commemorate the occasion, and Ellen’s step-brothers provided some unique entertainment while everyone enjoyed the s’mores wedding favors… fire breathing! Yep, the brothers are actual fire breathers – how cool is that??
